oclock is a studio for designing a custom wall clock. These terms cover your use of the site and any order you choose to place when checkout is available.

Your designs and artwork

You may use your own artwork or the options supplied in the studio. Only upload artwork that you have the right to use and have printed. You keep your rights to artwork you provide. You give us permission to store and process it to show your design, prepare a print file, and fulfill an order you place.

Previews and purchases

The on-screen clock is a preview. Physical colors, materials, and print results can vary. Before payment, review your clock preview, selected artwork, dial, frame and hands, shipping address, shipping method, and total in the cart. Continuing to payment approves those selections. We retain the corresponding print file with the order; a separate downloadable print proof is not required at checkout. Sales tax charged at launch is $0. A cart or draft is not an order. Checkout may be unavailable while selling authorization, payment, or shipping setup is incomplete.

Orders and delivery

When ordering is available, we currently support shipping to United States addresses. Your shipping address, selected shipping method, available shipping options and quoted total are saved with your cart. Shipping prices and estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; quotes expire and must be refreshed before payment. Check the apartment or unit number even if you select an address suggestion. Address validation does not guarantee delivery. Order status and delivery details are shown in Your orders. Stripe processes payment and sends a payment receipt after a successful charge. Separate production and shipping emails may not be available; check Your orders for updates. Payment does not automatically send a design to production: an operator reviews the order first. Contact pasha@sochnev.com about an order, cancellation, return, or problem with a delivered clock. We will review the request under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

Generated designs

When you generate artwork with oclock, you authorize us to store and use your prompt to provide, analyze, and improve the design service. You grant us a nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and sell the resulting artwork on oclock products, including offering selected designs to other customers. This does not apply to artwork you upload. Generated designs are not exclusive, and we do not promise that they qualify for copyright protection. Do not submit private information or requests for content you cannot lawfully use.

Using the service

Do not submit content you cannot lawfully use, interfere with the site, or try to access another person’s account or order. We may pause an order that needs a safety, artwork-rights, payment, or production review.

Address services and Google Maps

oclock includes Google Maps features and content for address suggestions and validation. Your use of these features is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, which apply to those features in addition to these terms. You may enter an address manually instead of choosing a suggestion; we still validate the shipping address before quoting. Review and confirm the destination yourself.

Third-party services

Google provides sign-in and address services, Stripe processes payments, Cloudflare hosts the service, and Printful produces and ships clocks. Our Privacy Policy explains what information each service receives.
