oclock uses the information you provide to save your clock design, manage your cart and account, and handle an order if checkout is available. Contact pasha@sochnev.com with privacy questions or requests.

Generated artwork

We process generation prompts through Cloudflare Workers AI. We retain your submitted prompts, model instructions, generated images, generation history, usage and cost records, and associated purchases for your design history, service operation, and analysis. Selected generated artwork may appear in our public catalog; your prompts and account identity are not published with it. Unsold designs do not automatically expire. You can request an account export or deletion; we review retention required for orders and legal obligations.

Information we handle

• When you sign in with Google: your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture URL. We record the time of your latest sign-in.
• When you design a clock: your selections, uploaded artwork, generated previews and print files, and local drafts saved on your device.
• When you use the cart or checkout: items, quoted prices, name, shipping address including any apartment or unit number, available shipping options, selected shipping method, estimated delivery dates, quote expiry, order totals, and payment and delivery status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider when checkout is enabled.
• To run and protect the site: essential sign-in/session cookies, request data needed for security, and operational records.

How we use it

We use this information to restore your account and cart, prepare designs and quotes, validate addresses, process and support orders, prevent misuse, and diagnose service problems. An authorized oclock operator can view account, cart, and order information. The operator may also receive notifications about sign-ins, cart additions, and orders when notifications are enabled.

Address lookup and validation

As you type a street address, we send the search text and a temporary search-session identifier to Google Maps Platform to obtain suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves its address components. You can enter the address manually instead. When you request shipping and pricing, we send the street address, apartment or unit, city, state, ZIP code and country to Google for validation, which may use USPS address data. We do not send your clock artwork or payment card details to Google for address lookup or validation.

These features are governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. We save the address you provide or confirm, along with a limited validation status and timestamp. Suggestions and raw Google/USPS responses are processed for the request rather than saved as a separate address database.

Payments, production and hosting

Google sign-in provides your account identity under the Google Privacy Policy. Cloudflare hosts the site, stored designs and operational data. Stripe receives your name, email, shipping details, order reference and payment amount to process checkout and send payment receipts; payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by oclock. Printful receives the destination and product selections for shipping quotes, and the print files and delivery details needed to fulfill an approved order. We retain payment references and status, not full card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Printful’s Privacy Policy for their handling of this information.

Storage and choices

Your browser keeps a local draft so you can return to it. The site uses an essential cookie to recognize your session. Signing out ends the oclock session. Cart shipping details and quotes are saved to your account so they can be restored on your next visit. Quote expiry does not erase your address; an expired total must be recalculated before payment. Saved accounts, carts, designs, and order records are kept on the server while needed to provide the service and meet operational or legal obligations. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information by emailing pasha@sochnev.com; some order records may need to be retained.
